what went wrong with akshay kumar?

his movies don't create buzz any more

all his movies are bombing and the new ones no one really even knows about- take holiday for example, no buzz at all!

what went wrong?

playing too safe?
same actresses being repeated with him leading to loss of interest in audience?
same masala crap?

there was a time in 2007-2008 when he was ruling and he was also doing good quality movies like NL even his comedies were decent like welcome etc! but now his career seems to be on a dead end!

also no A list top actress is working with him now. Where did the katrinas, deepikas go? they aren't working with him any more. I don't even remember who acted with him in his last flop "boss"

Needs more movies like Special 26

He needs to give us time to miss him

Because he got typecasted once again...First action than comedy. He kept doing the same thing over and over again. People got bored.

He does movie after movie and frankly unless he utilzes his perfect comedy timing or do a quality movie, I am fed up of him

Too many movies. In 2012, he had a BB and semi hit, but that seems like ages ago since he does 3-4 movies every year. Also Special 26 had good opinion.

All his movies look the same to me now..No difference..Same kind of song and dance..Same kind of downmarket dialogs..Once in a while a Special 26 comes..but thats about it..He is a good actor..and should try different genres..I am still in love with the Akhshay from Dhadkan..He was so good in the movie..❤️

Is he even starring in anything original anymore? Holiday is a remake, then Gabbar is a remake, and so is that other movie Nargis was booted from.
