Both are really good but I didn't like the prominence given to the Khans in the second one and all lower case lettering in the first one.

! would have voted for the second banner if the 3rd Khan was given equal prominence in there...although I am just loving SRK and Sallu's cute pics but it seems a little unfair to me...so keeping this in mind...my vote is for
