Shah Rukh Khan's fan to direct him

Mumbai: Shah Rukh Khan unarguably has a large fan following globally. His next film with his almost-like-home-banner Aditya Chopra's YRF will have him play the role of being the biggest fan himself! The film titled Fan, is all set to take off on August 30 or September 1. For director Maneesh Sharma, who has been SRK's biggest fan, the film is a chance to fulfil his dream of directing the superstar.

According to sources, a complete railway station with a train is being recreated at breakneck speed inside the YRF Studios. A climactic fight sequence will be filmed between SRK and the villain. A fresh villain will be introduced in Fan, his identity is yet unknown.

As for the female lead, who is the solo protagonist in this film, one name that keeps surfacing is that of the Shuddh Desi Romance heroine Vaani Kapoor.
The renowned special effects make-up maestro, Greg Cannom is developing a special look for SRK which will be kept under wraps till the first look.
