Speaking as a Salman fan, I don't think his era will come to an end in the near future if he looks as bloody good as he does right now. Obviously, that too will fade but he still has shelf life if that's what you term it 😆

Well certainly not for SRK and Aamir...they both can handle time very well...Aamir due to his image doesn't have pressure to be always at the top, and he can concentrate on any kinda movie and because of this he'll be in the game, whereas SRK, he is too clever and knows what to do when. When Masala thing seems too much, he'll bring in something else. And also his economic influence enables him to do so more than anyone.

well just have to say Iliked CE alot due to its very high entertainment value and genuine laughs that the audiences experience...I think it wsa not a crappy movie...D3 forsure was

I hope so. Don't like any of them anymore. However I am looking forward to SRK's Raees and that's about it...

No, the era isn't going to end. However SRK and Aamir will start moving away from the lover boy-masala hero roles and start opting for other stuff, roles like Raees, as the audience will not accept them in typical 'hero' type roles beyond a point. Even Akshay has started doing films like OMG. Since they will still be holding considerable influence BO office wise and have a large fan base, film makers will scramble to write films with mature characters which would be be fit for the Khans. Thus there will be a shift in content. Just like when AB Sr. made a grand comeback through Mohabbatein and KBC, strong elderly roles started especially being written for him- and in few, he was the lead.

Anyhow, most of these actors are also producers. They will probably get writers and directors to make films which would suit them.

In the meanwhile, the younger lot will take over doing the masala stuff, romcoms, chocolate hero roles etc.

I sooo wish .. the stupid Khan's era should end or at least they should start doing better films .. tired of the same old same old crap
