Shahid Kapoor n Alia Bhatt in Vikas Bahls Shaandar

After the huge success of Highway, Alia Bhatt is on cloud 9 these days. The 20 year old actress is the new flavour of the season and has now been roped in Vikas Bhal's Shaandar' opposite Shahid Kapoor.


With the success of Queen,film maker Vikas Bhal has moved on very quick for his next project and finalized both the young actors.

A close source to Vikas says," Even before Queen had released, Vikas had completed his script for the film. He even managed to get Alia Bhatt and Shahid Kapoor on the board.
The source further adds, Vikas was very impressed with Alia's performance in Highway, he was blown away by her acting skills and then and there decided to cast Alia for his film. He approached her and she immediately agreed for the film.

Well as far as Shahid is concerned the actor has revived his career with films like Phata Poster Nikla Hero' and R...Rajkumar. The actor is currently shooting for Vishal Bhardwaj's 'Haider'.

It will be a delight to watch Shahid and Alia romance onscreen.

Alia Bhatt is currently busy promoting 2 States with alleged beau Arjun Kapoor.

Shahid has some interesting projects. Glad he moved away from mindless masala flicks.

After watching Highway I have become kinda phangirl of alia.. Haha But really loving how she is getting offers but yea her face still looks baby-ish :\ I hope this film does well .. For both Alia and Shahid more for shahid though hope his flop record breaks.. kinda broke after RR but still..
