I believe that Rani is one of the finest actresses that we have in the country..but despite of the fame yet her life must be equally painful at the same time..it still a shame that her BF does not acknowledge her in public..and she has joined films at the young age..I think that she loosing the films in her kitty ,and she clearly does not deserve it..she should stop being dependent on YRF banners and work with better directors and banners that which she can give a powerful roles..and hopefully she gets better film..and come back with a bang!!!

Why's it a tragedy if she didn't marry? She made a name for herself, she provides well for her entire family. Is she getting wasted, coke addict, suffering from any serious ailment? If not then there's no tragedy. Marriage doesn't promise happiness. Being content and happy is important.

Tragedy of being a home breaker, being born to people who used her body to get money? - Yes.
Tragedy of not being married to a rich powerful producer? - Funny.

It is not a tragedy if SHE does not want to be married, but the question is, does Rani want to be married and/or have children and is her BF stringing her along ? Totally different scenario. Bebo and Saif were living together, he was a divorcee with rather grown children, but you did not get the feeling Saif was stringing her along. It was always apparent it was an equally beneficially relationship.

As for Rani providing well for her family, what is good about that for Rani's personal life ? It seems so tragic that others are mooching off her. Her parents deserve support, but her nalayak brother and his family ? How is that positive for Rani.

Rani is talented, but she seems to have put her career and life on hold for Adi. Yeah, yeah supposedly she wields enormous power in YRF. I hope those stories are true and I am entirely wrong about Rani's life. She certainly deserves better and I hope she does not become the Rekha of her generation.

She has not put her career on hold for Adi. In fact he tried to give her a few leases of life in the form of Dil Bole Hadippa and a few other YRF movies. Her career is where it is because this is what BW does to older heroines. They get a certain kinds of roles .. she is getting those even now. It's her choice if she considers those roles worth enough to sign those films or not.

From the pictures posted here, it doesn't seem like a tragedy to me. Whether it's her own home or Adi Chopra's home...she seems to be in control. She's the Malkin.

If we apply same logic then each one of them celebrity, yesteryear's and today's, have tragic life. I think everyone just loves sad, lonely tales of rich people. There's no tragedy as long as you're healthy and surrounded by your family and friends.

Yeah and also shes VERY VERY picky, like shes terribly choosy. She reads lots of scripts but just says "no" all the time. Zoya Akhtar for example has offered her many films but she turns it down, zoya pretty much convinced her into doing Talaash and told her she had to do it! She's always been like this ever since she rose to fame..but looking at her past films, I dunno what she saw was so great in them..so idk if it's just an excuse from her. Plus shes limited herself as an actress cuz she's just always in YRF movies, she hardly does movies in other camps so..she did this to herself in a way.

Shes no doubt VERY talented, one of the best actresses we've ever had in Bollywood..
