The second pic is photoshopped. He has aged in the sense that his skin has sagged and he has wrinkles and his hair has thinned! And I am sure he applies some anti wrinkle creams or collagen fillers or eye cream etc to smooth out wrinkles before public appearances (my parents do...I bought them from stores for them lol). But there is no plastic surgery here...his face has not radically changed in any way...he probably eats healthy and does not smoke or do drugs...not much stress either! He is doing well in life! My dad is 65 with head full of thick hair and he can pass off younger than SRK with photoshop and make up!

i really dunt think he did anything plastic to his face...i think its good genes and good lifestyle and excercise/eating habits...

u see him in Tezaab, Lamhe, Ram lakhan, Naayak, Pukaar, Biwi No 1, Welcome, Race, Race 2...he looks f**king same...

one of my uncles (who is also strikingly similar to anil kapoor) refuses to age...like his hair dosent grey, his face dosent sag, dosent put on weight, he looks the exact same...and thts coz hes majorly into yoga, art of living, and eating healthy and living a stress free, happy life...

The only two people surviving on good genes and healthy life style in Bollywood are Anil Kapoor and Akshay Kumar..
