Even tho I like Salman but I'm gonna say that Akshay was something in the 90's.. he might've been alot more popular after 2007/2008 phase where he had those 5 hit films in a row. Ajay Devgan, Akshay Kumar, Sunil Shetty were the only successful actors in the 90's besides the Khans.. his movies were entertaining and popular, be it the Khiladi series or Mohra or Sangharsh.. the famous songs or stunts.. even his affairs or his on screen pairings.. Akshay is definitely a self made actor and supremely down to earth.. someone who started as a chef in Bangkok and a stunt double in Bollywood.. is now one of the most popular international Bollywood actor.. was also one of the highest paid a while ago.. I don't think he has anything left to prove for the people..
