IMAX halls have contributed with a huge difference of 5-10 cr from Normal earnings from other plexes. So you can imagine the length of HIKE it must have that in 10 days D3 is biggest grosser.

For Talaash, there was no HIKE, result is there, not even HIT. That was also Aamir Khan movie, Buzz usey hi banani thi, even his own production. Why didn't he hiked that movie's price??

D3 ka buzz isliye zyada tha coz it was a Dhoom franchise movie & Aamir's return to commercial films after 3I ...
& why he should hike ticket price of a suspense movie 😆 , this would've been really foolish.

There were many factors why Talaash was a semi-hit ...
Suspense story , Low Promotion, Aamir-Kareena pair again in which many werent interested ( i wasnt too despite being a big Aamir fan )

Aamir alone shouldnt b blamed for it.
U make a movie like Talaash now with an A-lister , im sure it wont b as big as CE, K3, D3.

Adding to it K3 did the same, K3 even go ahead in making fake huge numbers, believe it or not, but K3 has huge numbers next to CE... now D3 has gone miles ahead not even in Screens but also in Ticket HIKE like 800, 900 or even 1400 (in IMAX)...

So it won't be Tough for Makers if they follow above formulas. Dhoom 3 didn't made huge on same grounds as 3 Idiots made with just 1500 screens n small ticket hike... It has made this much huge in short time coz of Tripple the Screens n 10 times more TICKET HIKE. Even Aamir need this kind of setup to score big, without this formula he can score like Talaash only.
