yes run to your nearest theater, cos this shouldn't be missed on big screen. there are times when one runs to see a good movie, but there are times when one has to see how bad a movie really is. ur pick...
and how i wish jai ho was released this yr too. i seriously felt chills from the audience as the trailer was played. complete silence. i don't even know which era is this jai ho from...cos even 70's and 80's seemed to have better products.
i really wanted to see a mag cover with these 3 pillars of bollywood...srk, amir and bhai flashing their numbers of 2013.

numbers they getting, but they sure losing their charm and respect when it comes to good cinema/movies. so drunk with numbers they don't even care to give good quality movies to their fans anymore. they only pleasing themselves.
well lets see how long its going to last..
till now i thought at least amir still has sense of good script, still pays attention to details to movies he is working on, and believes in QUALITY , but boy ..how this greed of NUMBERS, and big numbers has turned him to an absolute cartoon character in dhoom 3.

the first 15 mins of the movie is so boring you wanna leave right away...its like watching a lame english movie. no hindi happening here.
half the movie was english talking, bloody borrowed their zabaan, their DONE/BEATEN stunts, action, lets make it simple...bann gaye gore...hum hollywood seh mukabla karenge. amir flying from buildings like toys flying...and there is money flying from the bank. ohhh and cops standing around doing nothing. like i said, cartoon kaho and a joker kaho...
if indeed the budget of this movie was over 100cr, where did the money go? baring kamili, the song and dances are nothing to write home about. even the malang song falls flat. it just doesn't have the wow factor . actually the songs are complete garbage...na koi sur na taal.
cringe mann cringe... amir khan will make you suffer so much, so much for good 8 min with his horrendous tap dance. i was like...W*F, like really W*F???? absolute DISASTER. and if thats not enough, imagine you have to put up with 4 elf ears. somehow bardasht karr rahe the..2 kaan koh, now comes double dose...at times i felt i was watching a christmas show..4 ears hogging the screen... welll...
and another cringe...2 bare bodied amir's walking, sleeping, and what. u can see the roving camera on these bare bodies...like checking out...from back to front...full focus! very distracting. poor kat..
was this really an amir khan movie?
this is not amir khans movie. i can guarantee he must be hating this movie. during the promotions i could read his face, he was not a happy. i think he must have seen the rough cut and he knew what fool i am. he had his vision of sahil, but when you have a jhandu director on board, he is going to make you look ugly and act ugly. this is amirs worst in a long long time. yup...bhool gaye...tashan! i never expected something worthy from this hooligan director anyways. same case for srk's ra 1. guy had the vision, he was passionate, but got into the wrong hands of some anibhav. poor fans have to suffer.
and then there are 2 more jhandus..well i am not surprised at all budhua b screaming: spellbinding. i remember him sitting with a lap top during dhrona showing and was posting live showing of his betas dhrona. he thought his beta is going to be next jack nicholson of batman.. well just 2 posts, he realized that nahhh..this is going to be some rona...i better pen off. monkey uday gets the best lines, but cover ur faces, cos his stained teeth might do u some damage, pretty disturbing, and abhishek...you just feel sorry for this poor soul. sad sad case.
and katrina. she rips kamili. BUT gets robbed. number one actress and you are given 10 mins to do whatever in a movie. well.. i gotta give it you, you have done well for yourself, becoming number one heroine of bollywood no easy job. BUT ...its going to come to an end now.your peak is over. thats it...start packing..time has come to say goodbye. AB BASS KAT...maaf karna. jao khush raho...THE END.
from direction, to script, to screenplay, to music, to choreography to absurd chases...a failure. a big failure. damn i didn't even find the movie stylish. even the costumes were horrible. there were few moments of brilliance acting from amir, BUT far and few. he looked tired, at times bloated, and not interested at all. whose idea was to make one look retarted...damn what an insult.
if don't anyone dare compare this to dhoom 1 and dhoom 2...think again.
johnny boy and hritik were simply delicious...and DHOOM needs to be delicious to be enjoyed. this dhoom is NOT!
