sambha rocks😆 but yar I don't find any fault in big b's excitement kuchh bhi yar role kam ho ya jyada iss project ka part toh tha toh ek baap ko khushi toh hogi hi😆

I watched the movie today. There were hardly 25 people in the theatre , I am the big fan of Dhoom series. I liked both Dhoom and Dhoom 2. So I had huge expectations. This is my first Katrina movie in the theatre. It is one of the worst movies of this year.

I had severe headache after watching this movie. I looked at my watch for at least 10 times. The movie was never ending.

DHOOM 3 - (Dumb, Horrible, Obviously Overrated Movie ) * 3

Things I did not like.

1. Aamir's constipated face during car chase and tap dance. Aamir Khan's ear is way too distracting. His ears looks like an elephant ears. He should have grown hair to cover his big ears.

2. Abhishek has only one expression throughout the movie. He was better in Dhoom. His expressions has not changed from Dhoom 2. He looks lazy throughout the movie. He does not have any screen presence. He has significant role in the movie.

3. The songs are not melodious. All songs are easily forgettable.

4. Katrina has about 6 scenes. Out of 6, 4 of them are songs (5th one is the dating scene and the last scene). She has 14-15 dialogues and she hardly speaks in Hindi. She is expressionless. Her kissing is awkward with Aamir. There is no chemistry between her and Aamir. She looks old (35+ years) in Malang song. She does not look fresh in this song.She has toned her body so much. In lot of places, she looks masculine.

5. The movie is way too long.

6. The entry fighting sequence of Abhishek is way too long (almost 15 minutes long).

7. The bike chase is way too long. After 5 minutes, it gets repetitive and boring.

8. Finally, the script has lot of loopholes and it never ends. The editing is very bad. They could have easily cut down to 2 hour 15 minutes which would have been ideal.

Things I liked :

1. Aamir as Samar is good. It is not one of his best movies. He is highly overrated in this movie.

2. Katrina is good in both Kamali and Junoon song.

3. I can't believe that I am saying this. Uday is much better than Abhishek and Katrina. He is kind of a relief in this boring movie. He has better lines than Abhi and Katrina.

4. I used to live near Chicago. It never looked this good. They have spent lot of money on this movie.

my gut feeling was saying whole time even when Samar was meeting Katrina that it was Sahir all along, but then transition happened later. 😆

Agree..he was just amazing in that scene, I could hear gasps in the theater. It was a total knockout moment..superb acting by Aamir 👏

Dhoom 3 had another huge day as it collected in the 20-21 crore nett range as per warly estimates taking its total to around 136 crore nett. The collections on Tursday edged up a little in the metros and other multiplex dominated cities while others stayed the same or dropped a little. The multiplex areas benefited in the evening due to next day being a holiday.

The film is likely to add another 40-45 crore nett over the next two days to have a first week total in the range of 175-180 crore nett which is 25% more than anything else before.

Dhoom 3 is also on course to break the long standing second week records of 3 Idiots. It is these records which have remain unchallenged over the past 4 years although first week records have been broken many times.
