Known for having a large female following, actor Shahid Kapoor however, would have never expected to have come under the scanner with an unfortunate incident.

According to video magazine Lehren, ShahidKapoor's bodyguard can come under the radar of authorities for allegedly molesting a female fan. Shahid while promoting his film 'R..Rajkumar' at a cinema hall was as usual mobbed by fans. While the girls were busy clicking pictures of their favourite actor, his bodyguard was left with a huge mob to take care of.

A picture going viral on the internet shows the bouncer's hand somewhere very close to a girl's body. While the picture gives an illusion that the bouncer's hand is touching her, looking at the fan frenzy in the picture it can be otherwise too. It can also be that the bodyguard was just going about doing his work. Although, the matter has been reportedly even gone to the police.

Shahid Kapoor who has been going through a low phase in his career has given a sleeper hit 'R...Rajkumar' directed by Prabhudeva and starring Sonakshi Sinha.

How else is a bodyguard ensure security if a huge number of fangirls mob the star?

From the picture, it doesn't even appear like he is doing what is being suggested.

Without any proper research or proof, carrying headlines like "Bodyguard molests girl" to fill some gossip column, which could jeopardize the person's career, practically ruin his life, just because these brainless editors want to sell more copies at his expense; Pathetic journalism from TOI. Do they have no ethics or morals? He is not even a star. He needs his bread and butter to feed his family. How his life would be affected!

And if it can't get any worse, they blur the image of the girl who didn't even report but show the guard's face clearly with the headline calling him a molester, when they don't even know it for sure. Indeed pathetic.

P.S. If he really did something wrong, he ought to be punished. But going by ToI's questionable credibility, I doubt it is the case.

What a ridiculous picture to go with this story. The bodyguard isn't even looking in the girl's direction! He's obviously just trying to hold the crowd back...
