Shilpa is older than Katrina and a mom too, so her body is a bit surprising. But yes, both of them have great bodies.

If it was strictly body I guess both have perfect bodies.

But I'll have to give it to Shilpa for achieving that level of fitness when it wasn't mandatory for actresses to have that perfect midriff.

Just like Salman for men, she is the pioneer for fitness among the women in the industry.

Both have great bodies .. but I voted for Shilpa ..
Shilpa has more faminine body .. and maintained her body so well
Recently, Kat body looked very muscly and sometime manly.. her body was at its best during Sheila ki jawani days

Hands down Shilpa Shetty. She looks the same and has maintained her body so well since 1990. Kudos to her. I don't find Katrina's body even comparable to Shilpa's. Katrina has bulked up so much for D3 and she looks manly now.
