She did get married to Mukesh Agarwal who unfortunately committed suicide.

I think she had put sindoor on many occasions in the past too.. Apparently she had put sindoor when she went to attend Rishi-Neetu's wedding and later on someone asked about the sindoor she gave this reply --" In south India , the shrigar for unmarried girls has sindoor too as one of the shringar... So it is perfectly normal for her to put sindoor"
Now Rekha's other answers are never straight forward and my south Indian friends don't seem to agree with her...
