Pari is 4 films old, she tends to overshadow her actors because she IS good in all four while others have had hit or miss performances. But frankly she should have appealed to me more since she is supposed to be the next Kajol or something, but I find her monotonous. I like Alia who I hated in SOTY the most now . It is because of Highway and how she is more versatile in just 3 movies and seems to be the braver actress. I am as shocked as anyone else that I feel this way 😆.

But that does not mean Pari is not good, she is good, but she should branch out more. I get why people think Kajol is overrated, but Pari no because she is hardly 4 films old and it is too soon to pin that label on her.

i haven't watched SDR but have watched the rest three of them

the first two films...i.e LVRB and Ishaqzaade weren't much different...the girl was this chirpy loud live wire but well u have to say this that she did and exceptional job👏 I mean it is not easy to do what she did...😛 coming to what Sonam had said don KWK that loud acting i snot acting...but if character demands then well that is what she will do that only

Coming to HTP...well that character was different...she wasn't for the first time shouting or blaring out loud😊 She wasn't pointing a gun at someone and yelling her lungs out...she was this mild and mad scientist who didn't talk much...was reserved...and well she did it amazingly especially the scene with her father...i think she nails it😛

it will depend on her choices later that one can decide whether she is hyped about or not😎 even though she deffo didn't deserve the NATIONAL AWARD🤪 or something she deserves the appreciationshe gets👍🏼

P.P.S I think SSR is over-hyped about🤔

Pari is actually a fine actress, she has a lot of talent and I think she can do well in any roles given to her... It's just that she has not given a variety of roles and portrayed versatility in the characters... She needs to sign different genres of movies... I m sure she will rock... But with her current performances, Yes ahe is over rated... Didn't like her role in HTP, other than that she was good...
