GALIYON KI RAAS LEELA, RAAM-LEELA

this is the new title of much publicized Raam-leela (due to legal issues)

It makes no difference, it was just a way to settle disputes with the people who filed the case.

It's still releasing as 'Ram Leela' in Australia. They haven't changed it. 😆

But india contributes almost 85% of the total revenue of any hindi movie, and all across the India, the title is changed to "Galiyon ki raas leela raam leela"

All the promotions were done with Ram Leela as the title, and the film is doing fine in India.
I don't really think it makes much of a difference, yeah it makes it longer and harder to pronounce but it also gives a better idea of what the film's about i.e. love and violence than just Ram Leela which indicates a love story.
