I know right, they should've made it PG-13. Even CE, YJHD and K3 had an M-Mature content rating here so I wasn't surprised. Koi nai..the Indians here don't follow these ratings. 😆 You'll see families coming with 4-6 year old children for Ram Leela. Will take a pic for you of this when I go to watch it. 😉

Yeah that's so true, at a govt. or censor board level, they'd consider the predominant muslim population when censoring movies. Fair enough.
Agneepath was 18 in UK? I guess so coz of the violence, but then it should've been 15 or something.

Even CE, yjhd and K3 had mature rating?! 😲 I didn't know Australia was that conservative and sensitive to film content.

There is no religious or culture sensitivity here, I think what the censor board considers is that families with babies and little children (which are the predominant market for Bollywood films) come to watch BW films. Therefore the emphasis on violence and stuff.

But trust me, the Indians here could be least bothered about ratings when they go to watch a Bollywood film. 😆

I just checked another cinema site that covers show listings all over the UAE, the first show time is 10am! So this means we may get a reaction of the movie even earlier!. I don't know what time the critics screening is but I would assume they see it before the first show in UAE, so maybe 7-8 am india time?
