I think Kareena is a very smart gal! And education is overrated anyways. She just needs to take up reading as a hobby which will help her expand her horizons. Nice to see her honesty here.

What does intelligence have to do with being articulate?!

I'm a terrible communicator. I'm strictly alright in writing. The way I look at it intelligence has more to do with your critical thinking skills. If you can come up with a simple solution to a complex problem you're intelligent regardless of your communication skills, background or education.

I think we're too judgmental when it comes to intelligence. You did bad in this Math test - you've to be dumb. You said something stupid - you've to dumb. We rarely stop to look at the reasoning behind that. We judge and move on.

This all started with me saying education needn't make a person smart,which is exactly your point too. To which DG90 bought up the point that intelligence and being articulate is 2 different things which is true but my point was if you are intelligent yet not articulate enough then sometimes the words uttered by you makes you look like a fool ( which is the case with Kareena most of the time). Which is also true. No one is equating intelligence with being articulate( which is clear in all my posts if comprehended properly).

There are many ways an intelligence can be classified. People smart,body smart, Spatial, self smart ,musical smart etc etc and each and everyone of us are intelligent in one way or another and if not,too bad. Kareena for sure is good in the way she express herself on screen ,grasps emotions in words and displays it with spontaneity.

It is not the case only with her. Same problem with Kat. Everyone judges her. Unless I am mistaken there was a poll in this section about the most intelligent actress. I had no idea how others judged that.

My post had nothing to do with you, but in almost every topic it is the same story: Kareena has to be dumb because she doesn't say the right thing. If she makes the most absurd statements... it has to do with her education.

I expressed my POV because I felt in general everyone is a lil too judgmental (forget Kareena even others).

education is definately important but it dosent have to be formal...as long as u are knowledgable about the field ur working in and also maintain a general decourum acceptable to the society, u dunt have to have a formal stamp of being educated in the form of a degree or a diploma or something...

ya then may be u wouldnt have foot in a mouth syndrome, but then again there are ppl like amisha too who are exceptions. Some things even education cant fix😕
