Too many films= bring your brand value down , The thing is quality hasn't been good as well apart from OMG and Special 26... there have been very bad films. Like of Jokers haven't done anything good to his career.

First he need to stop doing Maasla genre, it is slowing dying . The thing is that Akskay is getting repetitive in his film choice.

Maybe start doing more of S26 and OMG like films or great entertainers like bhool bhulaiyaa , Namastey London, gram Maasla --- most importantly doing less films a year.

25cr really very disapointed Akki has horrible 2013 .but hecan be blamed here dont learn from his mistake do 4 - 5 films per year and most of them are the same

he could have easily avoided k786 and boss evn joker(which he abandoned)

Boss Saturday Collection. Picking Up at Multiplexes.

There is some relief and good news for all Akshay Kumar fans. Boss is picking up decently in multiplexes all over India on Saturday. We are still to receive major single screen reports across India. So, if Single Screen perform to full forte then there should be decent jump in Saturday Collections. Boss started again slow on Saturday Morning shows, but was on par or better than Friday Morning shows. As afternoon and evening occupancy reports are coming in Boss is performing decently in Delhi and Gurgaon City. Boss is registering an occupancy of 40% in Delhi city for afternoon and evening shows. Whereas for the same in Gurgaon City is around 45%. In Mumbai also occupancy has picked up and registering occupancy around 25-30%.

Now since, multiplex business for Boss has picked up on Saturday, it is upto Single Screen to deliver for Boss. If SS reports are good then there should be a significant growth in box office collection from Friday. Also, there is a Cricket Match today between India and Australia. That might have an affect in collections in later part of the day as well. Overall picture for the day is looking decent till last report.

Boss Weekend Box Office Collections

Akshay Kumar's BOSS dropped by around 25% on Friday to take its first weekend total to Rs 26.62 crore net at the domestic box office. For the first time in three days, business at single-screens dropped by around 30-35%.

Boss Decent At Single Screens War Chhod Na Yaar Has Poor First Week

Boss has had a mixed run for its first three days with single screens being good but multiplexes dull. The film did not get much holiday benefit as the holiday affect was pretty much negated by the mid week release as the holiday was not a one of the big ones. The film was fair on Thursday but dropped further on Friday so Saturday and Sunday growth becomes all important.

War Chhod Na Yaar grossed around 5.75 crore nett in its first week. The had its run interrupted by Boss not that it was going anywhere but its first week was cut short. FLOP

Besharam saw a huge 90% drop and is out of most theatres in week three. FLOP
