Shraddha already walked out even before Shahid & it wasn't director or Balaji's decision but Shraddha's decision so whether the director announces it or Balaji, the decision has been made by Shraddha. She has more reason than one -

"Shraddha has signed a lot of films. Vishal Bhardwaj's project is one of them. But the reason we decided not to work together in 'Milan Talkies' was an in-house one. She is already doing another film with Mohit Suri entitled 'Villain' for my 'Milan Talkies' producer Balaji. It was impossible for her to accommodate two Balaji projects in her schedule within one year," said Tigmanshu.
