I'm just loving how this same hypocritical media who put him on a pedestal is now eating its words 🤣 . Seeing his track record though he has nothing to worry about instead whiny baby Kashyap's the one who needs to worry.

@i love drama nope it doesnt but at least it brings him back to reality, he was trying to prove that he can do any genre, which clearly he cant!!
And he got a big opening as it was a holiday, no other movie clash, and came outta yjhd success

shahid too tried and his movie at the right ingredients yet it didnt work!!

Jess, I think more than Ranbir him self it was media and his fans that were hyping him up..

I guess its good to see bad times too, to appreciate good times/ lucky period 😃

True, but he talks on quality and that a script matters then why on earth did he sign this? Even SRK rejected this nonsense, he wanted to prove he can do masala and that hes no less than the khans, Hrithik, Akshay!!

Fall? What fall? First the media was going all out and declaring him a superstar along the lines of SRK, Salman, Aamir, Akshay, Hrithik, etc. and now they're acting like it's the most offensive thing ever that Ranbir's movie has flopped. Is there a middle ground?

Talk about overreacting and being dramatic. Ranbir's movie flopped, big whoop. Besharam isn't the first Bollywood movie to flop and it ain't gonna be the last one either. Ranbir is already on his way to becoming the next superstar and going by his future lineup of films, I don't see him stopping anytime soon.

Just think that both sides - RK fans and the non-fans - need to calm the hell down. The former just needs to accept that the movie flopped and that it isn't that much of a big deal b/c everyone has had a flop movie at one point in their career- it happens. The non-fans need to realize that a movie flopping, even if it's RK's, is not an alien concept. *shock and horror* As for Abhinav Kashyap...that man needs to take respsonsibility of his own shitty product instead of blaming 'external forces'...idiot. And Ranbir...I hope when the time comes he owns up to this movie and his role/acting/script choice as well, instead of looking for an excuse.

I don't think he did anything to be put back in reality. I neither see him being boisterous about his hits or blockbusters nor does he complain about his flops. I seriously don't understand the flak he is getting and everyone here acts like their fav stars have never chose a wrong film or made a wrong decision. He does his work, promotes his film, dates beautiful girls and then go underground when he shoots for film.

Its not that big a deal. Everyone delivers a horrible flop...yeah its probably one of the biggest flops for a big star, but hey it happens. At least now he knows that this kind of film isn't for him and will not torture his fans. He will probably bounce back soon enough..he wants to do all the "commercial" films anyways.
