And anyway, once an actor has left their imprint on a certain role, no one can take it away from them...not even when the film is remade with a different set of actors...maybe another actor can interpret that role in another way...but they cannot be the original. Ever.

I also read that Anushka might have been able to...as much as I love her, I think with certain roles you just know. And Kareena was born for Geet.

Exactly and It goes opposite too, I don't think Kareena could do the Shruti role in BBB as well as Anushka did. Everyone has tailor-made roles

As for the ETT comment, Kareena could def not pull off the dancing that Katrina did but other than that, theres nothing difficult in that role.

I would understand if someone said Kareena coudl never have pulled off Sheila, or Chikni Chameli, or even hell, Namaste London required an authentic accent.

But ETT...how do people come up with this shit? Even Katrina must have face palmed at that comment, like really, of all her benchmarks 😆

Please Katrina and Deepika has mastered the art of ACTING! The can do such medicocre role like Geet with their left hand! They can even potray all Priyanak and Vidya's role with such ease! Forget that, they are nothing, Sridevi and Meryl Streep

Dancing yeah she couldn't have. Katrina is the better dancer, but the question was about the role. If Kareena was going to play Zoya then I don't think they would have focused on the dancing as much. However, with Katrina (since she is a good dancer) they did. I think role wise, anyone would have done it...ETT wasn't a musical so it really didn't matter.

Agree with your first sentence. Like I said earlier some people are just meant for certain roles like Rani in Black or Aish in Jodha...Kareena prob couldn't have done those nor Katrina.
