I thought Shahid is mostly ignored. He clearly doesn't get half as "hate" as Katrina, Kareena, Salman, Deepika do.

Shahid is less bashed than ranbir

Every fan believes its their star, that's bashed the most.

Shahid is pretty much irrelevant here. Actually everybody is with the exception of SRK, Salman, Kat and Kareena. The last one due to the efforts of a couple.

And from what I've read here, everybody was wishing PPNH well. That almost never happens. Just look at the hate Ranbir and Besharam get here, woh alag baat hai its going to be a Blockbuster in the real world.

Hate? Some of the older members already mentioned it until a few years back he had a LOT of fans. This forum used to be flooded with DP-Shahid fans. Everyone else was just in the side. Back then a lot of people hated him. There were quite a few posts targeting him. Things got so bad that at one point most of the Shahid fans decided to leave. If you were a part of the forum back then even if you didn't like Shahid you couldn't help, but feel sorry for his fans or at least I did.

Anyway, I don't think he is hated anymore. He is just dismissed. He is one of those actors people dismiss now because of his movies. I can't speak for everyone, but I am assuming most underestimate his movies. The way I look at it if you're an actor or actress it is better to be hated or loved at least you get attention from the masses, but to be dismissed that's the worse. He was really good for a while post Kaminey but after that his movies weren't all that great. If he manages to come back with a big hit you will suddenly notice the forum flooded with his "new fans" so I wouldn't worry too much about this.

More than Shahid I would say this forum has hated Ranveer. Until the beginning of 2013 there were such nasty posts about him. Now Ranveer has given no choice but compel a lot of folks to go back on their own word.

i come rarely, so dont know, but shahid is a fantastic actor, he has potential, and just need to sign some good movies. and about hate, i'd seen here illogical and silly hatred for everyone.

Oh yea I agree with digital camera. You should have seen how it was back in day with the Shahid mania on this very forum. Plus , one good film and things will change. So don't worry OP :) Most people on here like to switch sides faster than you can blink an eye. Ranveer was trashed by everyone for every little thing but after Lootera, Ram Leela, I see many converts. It's amusing. 😆 Although to be fair, some have genuinely appreciated him but there are a few obvious bandwagon hoppers. I am sure Shahid will meet the same fate if he can pull off at least one good film.

Not me, I love shahid, ill support him in his best/worst/neutral phases!!

i'm going through this thread, couldn't stop quoting you. You wrote so true. Shahid is not the one who throws any tantrums of being big star, he is so grounded and natural off screen, ok if people don't like him its alright but bad mouthing and cursing him hurts a lot. He is always mocked upon for small and big things. He is trying atleast, if we fail does that mean we stop trying? But its really hurting to see when hard work of someone who is trying hard is laughed upon. We can criticize, we can hate him but everyone speaks bad only. I find rare gud comments or supports. It hurts me somewhere
