The Ending of 'The Lunchbox'

Now the Lunchbox is an absolute delight to watch, but theres so much I dont understand about the end of the movie. Do you think Ila was really gonna run away to Bhutan? Why did Saajan came back? Was he in love with her or what? Were they gonna meet?

Can someone help me figure it out.

P.S. One More Question - Aunty ne chalta pankha kaise saaf kiya?

he didn't go to nasik, coz smth clicked in his head(heart❤️) in the way to naasik (he had same shirt on when he came back)
maybe he didn't get the letter but he listened to his heart
plus in the end Ila was also saying this "kabhi kabhi galat train bhi sahi jagaah pohuncha deti hai" so there is a sign of positivity😃..only saajan and shaikh knew this line
