I love DTPH but I wish Karisma was the lead. She was so much better than Madhuri in the movie and I really wished she and Rahul (SRK) had a happy ending...she was more fierce and someone I coudl relate too.

But the music of this movie was pretty awesome, especially Are re re are.

The film itself is not great, but I enjoy the magic between Madhuri + SRK - it's so beautiful and it made me wanna fall in love with a stranger who I have come across (in a shopping mall, or market, or dance class) - but it takes time to connect.

I am surprised a few people said Madhuri was so bad 😲 - but maybe they're just Sridevi fayns! ⭐️

I actually wanna answer that. 😆 Karisma b/c they were all trained before hand and it was mostly "western" dancing so she would have been fine.

Then for the supporting actress pick someone else like Twinkle Khanna or whatever.

But yeah how the hell did Karisma get the National Award?! That makes no sense to me.

I love the songs from this movie. I think I am in minority here. I thought Madhuri looked beautiful in this one.

I did like Karishma's character more though.

I disliked this movie...one of my least favorite movies though it stars two of my favorites. SRK can do such roles in his sleep...but Madhuri did look the odd one out between SRK and Karisma. Her clothes didnt suit her. Karisma even outshone her in the dancing department. The irony was 6-7 actresses rejected Karisma's for the fear of being overshadowed by Madhuri. 😆
