That scene when Dhanush cupped Sonam face in Raanjhanaa was so intense. Sonam is also a Beautiful girl and she shared a good chemistry with Dhanush in Raanjhanaa. A paring doesn't exactly have to look good together, but it's the acting and Body language that matters. They're many couples out there who are good looking together but have zero on screen chemistry.

i agree, they had some unconventional chemistry, not typical bollywoodwala chemistry, but still something that could impress movie lovers.. Dhanush usually excels in lover boy roles, and its hard to not watch him and his onscreen lady share a bad chemistry onscreen..
i m so happy for sonam, her work was also praised a lot.. i hope she chooses good projects from now on..

coming back to Kat, as u said.. Kat is not someone who could match up to Dhanush, so no point of this pairing, but if it ever happens, god knows how will it come out to be..

this is so right.. i was here when Raanjhana released, and ppl made such a huge cry out of the message of the film, the so called intellectual b town writers, every1 was hell against it, but thank god critics and audience loved the film..
and what to say about the racist behaviour against Dhanush, from rickshawala to sweeper, i guess he has been called everything but still this guy and his talent stands tall

This. 👏
When I said in one of these threads that We are obsessed with white skin, and hence a lot of good actors do not get an opportunity, some people made comments like, then why is India borrowing technology from America? What is that logic? Nobody will be against foreign actors/actresses if even one of them have half the talent this guy does. But no, he will always be bypassed because of his skintone, and his looks will always be questioned. Marginalizing the people of your own country is okay, then? And glorifying people with no talent because of their skintone, is also okay? Those people come to India and become famous with zero talent and on the merit of white skin. And when we question said lack of merit, that is not allowed? 😕 So, talented people like Dhanush will be bashed and marginalized, and will not get opportunities, but when some people with no talent get opportunities, we cannot even criticize that fact. I have heard, read the worst things about Dhanush because he is dark.

I admit I don't find him good looking myself, rather I find him very sexy. ☺️ He is hot as hell.

I am not an indian, but i do understand the point u have mentioned... No offence liking a foreign white skinned girl for her assets is fine, but then it is utter shameful to degrade the talent your country own like this, and esp when compared with the foreigh chikni..
for example, this thread is about Kat and Dhanush, and ppl whoever called him overrated are surely only becos they find him ugly IMO ..
it is really unfortunate that many foreign ppl, even pakistani singers feed on india's soil and are treated like gods by fans ( rightfully) but in that comparison degrading their own gems is shameful..
and the worst is that when indians themselves call Dhanush sweeper and rickshawala ( i know some, and i dont mean to hurt any indian ) and get embarssed when foreigners like me and many go ga ga over his talent...

Dhanush is dark and slim, but he does look very charming, and when he is onscreen, do i even bother to sneak peak at his looks >? NO, he doesnt even give a chance for that, he is so believable as the character he plays.. and outer world, in twitter i do see so many girls fangirling over him, he def does attract the opposite sex

^^ Exactly. Just like you appreciate a white skinned boy/girl, you should not degrade the kind of talent your own country has. I have heard so many horrible, horrible things about him that I cannot even say here. And why? Just because he is dark. Very, very sad. And I may be biased, but I have watched many, many women go through their whole lives believing they are bad-looking because society brainwashes them to hate their own skintone.
I often feel unfortunate to have been born with fair skin myself. I would change my genetics if I could. 🤢The way skintone is put above every other thing, is plain sad. And yes, you can very well love any actor/actress from any country, you are free to do so. But, that should never happen by trying to tear apart one of your own.

Anyway, I just hope that his movie with Balki will be awesome and he will more and more roles in Bollywood. I love this man. 🤗

u wont believe Star ( donno ur name ).. in twitter i saw such regressive comments against him and most of the usernames were indians, and plus they were such sore losers that they actually tagged those regressive comments like chamaar, gaaridhonewala to Dhanush..
and there were also many comments like Sonam is angoor nd Dhanush is langoor, Sonam ko pakaar Dhanush shud do a mannat that he can also get a beautiful heroine for him in the film..

i really donno how to react, ppl can be joking but crossing limits and insulting someone that too a bloody national superstar in open for his physical features is plain wrong..

Movie with balki surely will be awesome, i was imagining that how will he and akshara look like as a pair ?.. he definitely looked so good wid shruti... and u know i read SRK had refused this role, and Dhanush got it ..😕
