I found it a bit over-rated...given how much it was praised by the critics, but overall, it was a very nice film!
Even though the central premise of the story...that of a lunchbox landing at the wrong address itself is flawed...I wonder how come the Mumbai Dabbawaalas didn't raise hell over it!😆
Those guys have a 6-sigma certification...that means, their chance of committing an error are less than one in a million and according to the film, those poor chaps commit not one, but two mistakes with the Lunchboxes. Ila's hubby's lunchbox comes to Fernandez and his lunchbox goes to Ila's hubby...that sounds totally improbable!
But then far more unbelievable things happen in hindi films!😕
I liked Nawaz's performance the best...mostly because he was the most animated and in a flim so quiet and so slow, he seemed like a breathe of fresh air!
Nimrit Kaur has a stunning face...she is a real beauty...and the way she conveys her emotions without the aid of dialouges was amazing!
Irfan is always good...but not exceptional in the film! Or maybe, it was his role that limited him.
Overall, its a well-made film...quite sad and depressing for most parts...the harrowing loneliness of people in a metropolis like Mumbai being depicted very realistically.
