Why the HELL can't these people behave like professionals? Stop with the feudal shizz already and join the 21st century. Seriously people should storm those studios and burn them to the damned ground.

Only a few families with or without talent can get a job.

People just HAVE to be humiliated (for no better reason than that they interview for a bloody JOB) if they don't have someone bigger to threaten the directors. Why make your entire world and industry an effing toilet?

No wonder most of the movies suck balls and ride on "star" power. Look at the standards.

So here is the story how common man ,i.e other than star kids make it to BW. SRK,Akki,john,arjun,sid and many more have rumoured to go through all these shits .Lucky for these stars that they made it to BW,there might be thoughts of people who got used and went unknown.And there might be thousands in mumbai who are willing to go through casting couch as they have no other options left to live their dream.It will be like karo yah maro situvation for them .Here comes the difference b/w the rich star kids who are getting everything in silver spoon and those strugglers who willingly be a prey to these kind of A-list director/producers as most of them will be in do or die situvation.
