Bangalore lass Deepika Padukone is having a gala time as she has two major hits"Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani and Chennai Express"this year. Moreover, there is a big buzz that leggy actress has signed her first Hollywood venture Fast and Furious 7. She is busy shooting for Farah Khan next film Happy New Year opposite Shah Rukh Khan.
In spite, of being on the top, the Bangalore girl is cautious and not ready to take any risk, which might hurt her career prospects. Reports say Deepika is taking her own time before signing any films
"Well, my dad taught me that getting on the top is not difficult but sustaining is. His words couldn't have been truer," she reflects, "Look at Shahrukh Khan. He has been around for so many years. He got on the top of affairs, great, but the fact that he has been there for 20 years is remarkable. Same holds good for Salman, Akshay, Aamir, Saif; they are there because they are. They took up the challenge and lived up the expectations."
