Didnt the movie atleast cover it's budget?

Anyways kinda weird to have a party if the movie is a flop at the box office despite the unanimous critical appeal

Okay success bash doesn't mean just celebrating box office success

Lootera gained praises from many. Either from India or international critics. It is still the best reviewed Bollywood film this year. It recovered it's 32cr budget.. big accomplishment.

I agree. BO success doesn't always equate to a great movie anyway.

Lootera was brilliant in my opinion and so was everyone associated with the film. So, celebrating Lootera isn't anything baffling.

Ranveer and Sonakshi look great in the pics btw.

Someone give Ekta a bra.

Successful at box office or not, i am happy they threw a party. Even when a movie doesn't "work"...they should celebrate. They as in everyone not just the Lootera team. So much hardwork goes into making films. Good or bad...be happy its done with. (:
