I am not against PS!
But there are some actresses i.e.Katrina Kaif ,who will do 100000 surgeries but they will still look blah -_-😳

I have nothing against plastic surgery provided the results are fabulous. For example: Shruti Hassan's nose post surgery. I have everything against plastic surgery if the results are awful. For example: Priety Zinta's nose post surgery.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with getting plastic surgery - as you said, it's their body, it's their money, it's their life, so what's the big deal?

But these actors are public figures. Whether they get public surgery or not, their looks will be commented on. Yeah, Katrina, Anushka, Preity and Priyanka have all faced criticism for their post-surgery looks, but Deepika faces criticism about her nose and Kajol about her eyebrows. Point is - people will comment if they don't like an actor's look whether they get surgery or not. But they will also show appreciation when needed - such as Shruti Hassan's new nose!

Having said that, I'll agree, some of the comments get unnecessarily nasty during heated fan wars.

What annoys me is though, when actors completely deny getting surgery when it's so bloody obvious!

I don't really mind it since I understand why most actors and actresses are opting for plastic surgery/cosmetic procedures/botox at some time in their careers.

My beef is that all of those who obviously have gotten botox done go out denying they've never done anything to their faces.

coz bad or multiple surgeries stink of

desperation and no one likes that...

and also because sometimes, the bad ones also effect performances...case in point, priety in IIP where her face was literally devoid of any spark, chutzpah or emotion shes meant to portray...same with katrinas immobile forehead in JTHJ and ETT...

they r actors...they shouldnt mess sooo much with their facial muscles to the extent that they dunt look convincing anymore with wht they r sppposed to emote...sure if they r playing an insecure starlet, maybe it makes sense...but when they r spposed to play these hot attractive badasses or virgin princesses...its a turnoff...

its like asking the current joan rivers to play Holly in Breakfast at Tiffany's ...

Agree. I think it's misleading and I really wish people could just be themselves with their flaws and everything. I thought Anushka was perfect just as she was without the "corrections". But hey her choice.

@TM: There's no problem, just don't lie about. Simple as that. And everyone has gotten their fair share of criticism on the matter
