lol...whats funny is, nobody seems to be having a neutral opinion about him 😆people either love him or hate him.

yes..he is not a looker n is attention seeker. but not many are looker in bw n they all are insecure n attention seeker in one or other way.

ranveer is at least being honest about it. he comes across very genuine n real. he is what he is. sometimes he goes over the board, but kya kare? he has lots of energy n he isnt afraid of putting himself on pedestal 😆. plus HE IS A GOOD ACTOR.

Why the heck not? Look at this thread and this forum itself, while he certainly has his fair share of detractors, there are also many that LIKE him exactly for who he is -unabashedly loud, goofy, fun, hyper. I say, he should keep doing what he's doing.

As far as his career is concerned, he can certainly act, so there's no reason why he should leave any time soon. 🥳

Why? Because he is talented unlike others despite of 0 ability they are still here!!!there are many more in the industry i dont know why they are here!!!But yes, he is one annoying person but funny at the same time and not that good looking too but i guess he entertain well😆 And Ranbir Kapoor Good looking..???.🤢 The male version of Neetu Kapoor not really a good looking one!

People keep forgetting the guy acted brilliantly in his debut, BBB! There's a reason why he has a good line up of films and is working with some of the best people in the business. Further, in Ladies vs Ricky Behl, he was decent ...after that he hardly had a release. He's a promising, young actor who's hardly 3 years old in this industry. I feel people have forgotten that he's actually an actor who hasn't had a release in almost 2 years. 😆..hat's why most people have been judging him offscreen.

I love Ranveer..he's entertaining, funny, honest and actually very talented. I personally find him attractive..and his confident personality has so much to do with that. Oh and I also think he's not as bad looking as many make him to be..and besides, who's conventionally good looking in bollywood anyway? ..so, I actually don't find it crazy surprising if some of the young actresses fall for him.. It's not always about falling for the conventional, good looking guys that hardly exist. 😆

Well, I would give him credit for acting had he been in the industry for hus abilities , but he is purely there because his parents are rich

And the rest are there because they are star kids or someone's boytoy. Hisaab barabar.😆 If we're just gonna talk about people with no clout, other than Akshay Kumar and SRK, who are the pure outsiders that have made it big only because of acting, fan following and/or charisma in the last few decades? You'd be hard pressed to find a name. Pretty much everyone joins BW because of some connection or the other. Just like in the real world,you need to network to land a job these days, it's the same way in BW. What happens after your launch is up to you. That's just how the world works, fair or unfair is another matter altogether.

Hey among the new generation , Sushant , Siddhart and Ayushmaan are there because of talent

And fortunately none of them are hard on the eyes

Sushant, Ayushman already had a start in TV, they're not newcomers in the truest sense. TV provides a platform that allows you to connect to a wide audience not to mention the acting aspect of it that will definitely help you in films. Siddharth was a model and is Johar's prodigy, so he's not a complete newcomer or a lost babe either. These three had their trump cards and Ranveer had his albeit in different ways. So they are all at par with each other when it comes to their initial beginnings in BW.

As far as looks are concerned, that is subjective. Siddhart is a looker, I'll give you that but I find Ayushman ugly, he has no lips (they're barely visible) and Sushant's teeth is just unfortunate. So I wouldn't say they're all easy on the eyes.

Yesterday only I was thinking of how different and an all-rounder Ranveer is.From the young brigade i.e-noone entertained me so much while watching any interviews or the promotional activities that takes place in the reality shows. Its like they have been punished to do so.😆 Not only is Ranveer entertaining, he is genuine and warm with everyone-like in DID moms, everytime a contestant would end up in tears for some reason, he'd walk up the stage with a tissue and hand it over to the contestant. I am following his stint in reality shows that he makes an appearance and its not even that I watch them regularly, he inherently has that zeal within him. I have seen the thirst and passion for acting inside him. And when the opposite person enjoys his work, so will we.

And I dont buy that rich dad got him into Bwood, Aditya Chopra wont take a risk like that when Yrf had a string of flops back-to-back. Noone had that sort of confidence in a debut movie. Maybe Dhanush to some extent.

You actually raise a very good point...I have been thinking this lately. TBH, after looking at Lootera's promos, it actually seems Ranveer boy may just have an upper hand in acting over Ranbir. I don't think Ranbir can actually carry romantic roles well...I find a similarity in all his characters. Whereas, Ranveer has showed a completely different character with his third film only. I was itching to start a topic to have this debate of who is better but I thought I should wait until atleast Lootera releases and ppl get to see it. 😳
