Is it the same as it used to be before? Do you get the same "Feel good" vibes when you watch movies these days? Has it changed drastically or has our mindset towards movies changed? The Innocence and charm is missing tbh, My favorite period was the 90-2000 period the Golden era of Bollywood 😔 Anyways no cribbing over the past, just wanted to share my opinion. These days movies is all about money making and skin show. I might sound like some outdated freak but yeah, I still prefer watching the movies that were made in the 90's over the movies that are made today.

Please share you opinions😊

I forgot to include lack of originality and newness. They are busy importing scripts either from south or Hollywood.

Even though Old films were great and classic in its own way but I will disagree when people say todays film have 'Lack Of Orginiality'... We have progressed huge way in that departmenet with such expermental films like Barfi, Kai Po Che, Kahaani being superhits!
And Sorry to say, even though old films were good, Scripts were then also a problem now also are!

Exactly! We still do get them.. but that's like one or two a year. Like the topic maker said: "these days movies are all about money making and skin show".

Though i am a product of this generation, i agree that Bollywood is loosing its HEART...

Whenever i see a Good Old Movie, even today, it appeals to my EMOTIONS...
While a Good New Movie generally appeals to my BRAIN...

With a Good New Movie, my reactions are like- "Hmm... Director has done great job there, very smart ! 👏 "
While with a Good Old Movie, i am like - "Oh i so much relate with this character ! 😭 or 😊 "

The old movies get me involved with the innocence and sincerity !

I miss the simplicity that Bollywood just doesn't even show. Normalcy and I would also like to see movies that feature villages and the interior parts of the country.
so
SIMPLICITY
NORMALCY
VILLAGE/INTERIOR THEMED
