U know whats absurd is that a mother who just lost her daughter has time to think of salman khan now thats what i call absurd. Salman was just defending himself against baseless accusation against him he did nothing absolutely nothing wrong. Jiah's mom should be wishing her lies where actually true coz if it where maybe salman had known what was going on he could have helped the trouble and gotten suraj away from jiah quicker. Unlike her who knew something was wrong and did nothing.

the law says

Section 376 in The Indian Penal Code, 1860

376. Punishment for rape.--

(1) Whoever, except in the cases provided for by sub- section (2), commits rape shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which shall not be less than seven years but which may be for life or for a term which may extend to ten years and shall also be liable to fine unless the woman raped is his own wife and is not under twelve years of age, in which case, he shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to two years or with fine or with bot.

Lets hope he will punished (suraj)

but i have my doubts as his mentor is still walking around after commiting much worse crimes🤢

Someone stayed at Holiday Inn last night...😆

Mr. Armchair lawyer as per one of the Supreme Court Lawyer who was on NDTV he categorically said that it is difficult to convict Suraj based on that letter...there are way too many Supreme Court judgements on this..And as for forcing Jiah to commit suicide police needs to get more evidence than just the letter.

As for rape...again no evidence apart from letter. Supreme Court judgement is you can have a live-in relationship as long as you promise to marriage.
