Deepika's expressions even as a newcomer in OSO were mostly spot-on. It's only her dialogue delievery that's sort of been a setback.
But here she nailed it! She overshadowed SRK. She overshadowed Ranbir in YJHD too.
I cannot wait for Ram Leela and this!
I hope she wins Best Actor Female this year!

DP was indeed the best thing in the trailer. She has come a long way and she's definitely the best this year so far. Eagerly waiting to see what she has to offer in CE and then Ram Leela. Glad to be her fan😃

As much as Id like to hand it to DP, I also think SRK is the kind of actor who never had any qualms in letting females leads get the center stage. it takes a reassured actor to do something like that.

deeps rocked it yaar...what a hilarious dialogues she has...and her south accent is too cute...how did she do that...from wild...rage...sexy Veronica to simple...sweet...shy..beautiful...gorgeous...nerdy Scholar Dr Naina to hilarious...beautiful...talkative...naughty Priya...how easily she gels herself one character to another at ease...hats off to deeps...she has grown as a actress...2013 is definitely Deepika Padukone year...i am not surprised if she sweep all the awards for 2013...its her year...completely belongs to her...she overshadowed ranbir in YJHD...and even in CE she overshadowed SRK...i can understand the overshadowing of ranbir since their real-life plays a big part and somewhere they connected to a moment and thats when deeps overshadow ranbir...no matter how much they deny "its not awkward" crap to the media i am not that stupid to believe it...their chemistry is so visible on-screen...the sexual tension is clearly written on their on their face...but SRK...noone could do it...but deeps have done it...but i am sure SRK will bounce back...this girl has the power to overshadow her male lead co-stars...thats what i call a true actress...i am proud to be a fan...she has been giving awesome par awesome performance since Araskshan(i love this movie)...from OSO to CE...what a beautiful journey for deeps...either its commercial success or critical success for any actress...they are tag with one...but deeps with her growth as a actress manage to grab both commercial and critics success...

by the way...deeps herself is south indian...but she is konkani...so tamil is easy for her to learnt...
