This mother is seriously pissing me off. What the f**k is wrong with her? This doesn't at ALL strike me as someone who's trying to seek justice (via Twitter? Seriously?). It just strikes me as someone who is trying to create a scene and bring the Pancholi family down for personal gain.

Jiah committed suicide. That much is pretty clear. Then, unless Suraj helped tie her to the fan or pulled the chair from underneath her, I don't know HOW he can be convicted for Abatement of Suicide. No matter how much he might have abused her, she always had the CHOICE TO LEAVE. Jiah chose not to, for reasons best known to herself, and Suraj cannot be blamed for that.

Her mother needs to shut the hell up. If she knew all the horrible things being done to her daughter, maybe she should have done her job and stepped in earlier when her daughter actually needed her help and support.

What this women is bragging about am so lost??? her daughter jaw had bruise!!! what she is trying to proove??? where she was? when all these happened she couldnt scream about this that time!!!

Following claims by Rabiya that the actor was in a live-in relationship with Suraj, son of actor couple Aditya Pancholi and Zarina Wahab for over a year, they are also checking if the law against domestic violence is applicable to the case.

"Jiah's mother said in her complaint that her daughter was in a live-in relationship with Suraj and he promised to marry her. The law says that in such cases, the domestic violence Act is applicable. We are discussing with legal experts and examining the details of their relationship," said a senior officer.

Jiah and Suraj were living with their respective families but would spend time together, like the weekend before she killed herself, and the police are examining if they can be considered a live-in couple as claimed by Rabiya.

The article goes on to say more about working to see if anyone had assaulted her or instigated her, which is okay. But the above--is just crazy. It doesn't surprise me. Doesn't surprise me in the least. But still, it's crazy.

W*F?!! 😲 What are the cops thinking? Its ridiculous to charge him with abatement. She hung herself. He is a tool but he is not responsible for her death.

Her mom needs to STFU. I can't believe she's giving interviews and milking Jiah's death days after burying her. What is wrong with her?

I think the mother has lost her mind, she should not be giving interviews or writing stuff on twitter.

She should just speak to legal authorities.

I wouldn't agree for Suraj to go to jail for 10 years, but if its proven that he had some kind of hand in it, he def should be punished. Its also not fair for someone to push someone over the edge and then walk away free.

Although, this case seems to be getting more and more complicated. Have they verified the suicide note yet? Its going to be a big hungama if the note turns out to be fake.

And Jiah's mother said Suraj send her break up lilies, why would a person who abuses someone send her lilies?

jia and sooraj were living together.
so i think may be we shouldnt blame everything on sooraj.if they were living together that means it is mutual decision from both.it is like unofficial marriage.if we blame sooraj for molesting her then why she was living with him.

When such a big tragedy occurs, the family goes in total shock and grief (having gone thru a personal tragedy i can vouch for that) But Jiah's mother is all over the twitter and giving video interviews (and seeming perfectly fine may I add) Sorry to say but doesn't seem like a grieving mother to me! Where was she when her daughter was going thru all this, did she not notice her daughter's state if she claims that Jiah had been suffering from abuse at Suraj Pancholi's hands?? I feel really sad for Jiah, no peace even after death!
