I feel Jiah s mother rather than fighting for justice is more about gaining publicity.

It was insensitive of her to release jiah s heartfelt personal emotions.

So the guy was commitment phobic. Yeah, a lot of guys are, especially at that age. He probably was also a douche and a jackass. Still, how is this all HIS fault? Nothing in this interview gives anything that indicates he should be held accountable as some criminal. Yeah, she had an abortion. Yeah, he probably convinced her. But it happens. Not the first time, and won't be the last time. Was she willing to have the child if he didn't marry her? Unless he threatened or blackmailed her, there is nothing to indicate he is some criminal.

Why is that her mother can try to talk Jiah out of the relationship, and it's okay. But the same can't be done from people on the guy's side? Both sides accepted the kids' decisions. Perhaps even the people on Suraj's side were worried that this was an unhealthy relationship (even if he was a douche, and yes, I know his father is an even bigger one).

I dnt like the title of this post its very misleading. And i just dnt understand whats the need 4 salman's name to be dragged in this mess. Is salman khan god that his name is being linked to jiah they probably dnt even meet porperly.
