YJHD has surpassed expectations and crossed 120 cr. Acc to some people it was due to Ranbir's starpower. Some might argue it was due toDP or ARK or even Kalki but that wont change the truth the real reason for the movie's success was

SONGS- loved balam pichkaari,Badtameez dil,subanaalah..dilli waali gf grew on me
RANBIR
Deepika looking hot in the 2nd half and her restrained performance in 1st half(took be my surprise have to say 😲)..her accent in the 2nd half though err still needs some work there..good emoting with eyes in emotional scenes
Ayaan's direction..the script was alright but had movie had well directed some golden moments
Dharma production values and promotions
ARK+Kalki

I didnt enjoy the romance in YJHD and tbh still dont see the chemistry b/w RK-DP everyone keeps raving about..But the friendship b/w trio and DP was purfucttt...After long I could connect to characters and their relationship in a BW movie..U have to watch this one with ur gang of friends and then will get what I am saying 😆..Was never a fan of ARK or Kalki but they totally won me over in this one..My fangirlism for RK is back in full swing 😆..DP nailed the nerd girl act wow!

If someone asks me to name the movie I loved watching the most at theaters in 2013,then would name YJHD in a heartbeat 😃
