What is the big deal if Ranveer and Kareena play siblings? How would that affect their future romantic pair?

Not so much in this topic, but there was another article posted sometime back which gave that as the reason Kareena would back down, and also some comments agreed with it.

Didn't SRK-Aish first play siblings to later play lovers?

I think that the notion that "ab yeh hero ki behen type roles mein hi aayegi.." would scare Kareena. ...personally I wouldn't mind seeing Kareena-Ranveer as siblings (though poor Ranveer 😆), but I don't think Kareena has the guts to do a film with someone who's...umm well not a popular A-lister.

Aish had just started out when she played SRK's sister though and Mohabaatein came the same year. Kareena's...kinda on her way out. Timing ends up making a difference I guess.
