Some of India's leading stars returned to Mumbai this week after completing filming of a Bollywood blockbuster in KwaZulu-Natal.
Ashish Singh, executive producer of the big-budget Dhoom 2, hailed the shoots as a "great experience" and said they would love to return to the province for another major movie project.
Hrithik Roshan, Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan spent three weeks in KwaZulu-Natal shooting scenes at Oribi Gorge, Howick Falls and locations in Durban.
On Wednesday, the stars were treated to a farewell party on the lawns of Suncoast Casino.
"We all had a good time and everyone was comfortable shooting in Durban. The Moosa family were really good to all of us. Everybody left with smiles on their face," said Ashish Singh.
"All the actors felt comfortable and the production was well handled. The local crew were very good. All in all, it was a great experience.
"We are at the moment scouting locations for the next film. If we get what we need in the film, depending on the script, and match it with locations here, then we would love to come back."
He said Dhoom 2was expected to be released on November 24.
AB Moosa, MD of the Avalon Cinecentre Group, said the stars had been overwhelmed by the hospitality.
"Each of them and the crew enjoyed their stay and thought the shoot went off smoothly. We are now negotiating for the next shoot."
