People are referring to his facial features, not his complexion. A person of fair skin can be refereed to as not having a pretty face, just like a person of dark complexion.

Having waxed n cleaning his arms, doesn't make any difference coz he has dark skin... earlier also it look dark now also... so ya it does has the affect on answers as y nayy?
