Rituparno Ghosh passes away - Page 4

Rituparno Ghosh was a very talented artist. His absence will be felt in Indian cinema and most of all in Bengali film industry.
I am really sad as a Bengali because his films have that substance and sensitivity which is not found always.
At a mere age of 49 when he was at the peak of his career and creativity, he had to leave us. We have lost a lot from a man who has contributed much to Cinema.
May his soul R.I.P.

just out of curiousity please don't get offended anyone. I want to ask if Rituparno looks really girlish in many of the pics released today. so was it ever revealed that he was .. anyways i am just curious becoz i never him as person before just read about him. its only today his death has brought clear images on every platform. in some pics he really looks feminine. the one especially at I-F.

He is effeminate. he admitted that. there has been alot of curiosity about his sex.. but he never talked abt it openly.. He maintained that he must be considered as an artist, because Art has no sex and it is independent of everything. I remember him telling sumthing like this during one of his film promotions on Star ananda. His interviews are full of wisdom and are a delight to watch.

Extremely talented guy. Such a great loss. May his soul rest in peace.

RIP Ritupurno Ghosh, this is indeed sad news. Absolutely shocking.

i haven't watch all his movies but he was very talented no doubt
