- B.O. Comparison: Highest grossing 'A' rated films from 2009 to 2013

In a trend we started at Bollywood Hungama of taking a look at the Box Office performance of films, actors and production houses, this time we look at the collections made by films with an 'A' (Adults only) certificate.
In this special report, we analyze some of the biggest grossers that have an 'Adult' rating tag and yet have managed to dominate ticket windows. While on one hand, we list the top grossing 'A' films, on the other, we list the production houses like Balaji Motion Pictures and Vishesh Films which are constantly pushing the envelope in terms of adult content and compare the two production houses as well.
Interestingly though, both the production houses have three films each amongst the top 10 contenders. Vishesh Films'Raaz 3 dominated the listings with the highest figures on Opening Day, Opening Weekend and First week, while Balaji's The Dirty Picture is the highest grossing 'A' rated film till date.
