Shah Rukh taught us the right way to live with his trademark line "Jeeyo, Muskurao Khush Raho". But, every movie is has its flaws and we're here to painstakingly point them out. We list down some of the obvious oversights in this film:
1. When Shah Rukh Khan a.k.a Aman Mathur enters the Queens neighborhood, he claims that their neighbor Pritam Chadda is his Chacha (Uncle). How is this possible when his surname is Mathur and his Chacha's surname is Chadda? There's probably some really long winding family history there!
2. When Preity's grandmother blames Gia, her mother is seen standing behind Gia. But, when the camera angle changes, her mother is not even close to Gia. Some Twilight spill over there!
3. When Shah Rukh invites himself for dinner, Preity calls Saif and invites him too and we can see the telephonic conversation between the two. Logically, we assume that Preity would have called Saif but Saif picks up a cordless house phone in Geeta's house. How did Preity know Geeta's house number? Just Dial maybe?
4. In the song "It's the time to disco", Preity is seen dancing without her spectacles and after the song is over, she tells Shah Rukh that she can't see anything and SRK gives her the specs. How was she dancing with Saif and SRK in the song then? Also, after this goof up, we see SRK telling the drunken Preity to hold his hand and walk, if you notice carefully, she is seen smiling.
5. After the song, SRK drops Preity home first and then spends the night at Saif's house. Wouldn't it be logical if he dropped Saif home first and then took Preity home since they are neighbors? But, we forgive this error because then the famous 'Kanta ben' scene wouldn't have happened.
6. During the title song "Kal ho na ho" SRK and Preity are seen dancing. He caresses Preity with a red rose and then throws the rose behind, but at the end when they hug, the rose magically appears right back in his hand.
7. When Preity Zinta completes narrating the story to her sister Gia, her daughter calls out to her. Shockingly, their daughter is a foreigner! How? Naughty Naughty!
