Remarks
1. The film was expected to be the biggest Hit of first quarter of 2013. Instead, it turned to be a mere stone.
2. The losses to UTV will be around 10C, which is not that big a amount that has been reported all over the media.
3. UTV has distributed the film almost all the circuit at India and all turned out be red But there is one circuit where the film did excellent business and turn out as a HIT. Its Bihar circuit where Aum Moviezs distributed the film& recovered its price handsomely.

Chashme Buddoor(Classic) was re-released by PVR groups after colour correction and upgradation. The re-release which was partnered between PVR and Reliance Media Works had the team shelling out 25 lakhs for the reinstatement of the film's negative print. But efforts at beating up reminiscence were ineffective as the film couldn't appeal to any segment.
