Guy goes away and comes back later with another girl only to find out that his bachpan ki dost and pehla pyaar has gone into coma after her husband's death. Guys new girlfriend is also his bachpan ki dost's sister-in-law. Alot of melodrama happens and eventually the guy and his pehla pyaar get married and live happily ever after. Forgot what happens to the girlfriend though. 😆
