Only one reason: The feeling of superiority that comes along the moment your 'bashing comment' gets more than five likes. Really. That's the reason people bash. To get 'likes', i.e., attract attention.

Simple. Because my favorite doesn't like X,Y,Z hence I have to bash those X,Y,Z celebs. In contrast, if my celeb likes A,B,C then I have to form an alliance with those celebs' fans to bash the celebs that my fav celeb hates.
