Ever since Aditya Chopra signed on Shekhar
Kapur and decided to make his dream come
true, speculation has been rife over who
would play the leading man in his pet
project "Paani".

Kapur and decided to make his dream come
true, speculation has been rife over who
would play the leading man in his pet
project "Paani". There was talk that Hrithik
Roshan had been approached; then the
grapevine said it would probably be Ranbir
Kapoor.
Now we hear that Chopra and Kapur have
homed in on two names, Ranveer Singh and
Sushant Singh Rajput. We're told that Chopra
is very keen that Rajput lands the part
although Singh's name is also in the
running.
We're told that the name will be announced
few weeks from now

Y DO I FEEL IT WILL BE SUSHANT..

he has 3 film deal with YRF.. 1 with parineeti has just been wrapped up.. n there is PK..he hasnt announced others yet..

. seems like Aditiya want to focus on SSR atm..

RVS. has had his 3 YRF films altho they can still sign him

other YRF 3 film deal is Ayushman byt PAaNI N AYUSHMAN.. = comedy riot 😕😕

so Hrithik chose Dharma over YRF. ?

but sushant or ranveer a tad risky by YRF isnt it the movie looks expensive and risky although they are very good actors but YRF plays safe in these things especially for a project thats been discussed from the last 10 years

By the time Paani happens.. SUSHANT WILL HAVE PK

since Ranbir and Duggu are very buzy.. n dont think YRF wants the khans for this

If its between ranveer and sushant then definetly sushant only watching lootera miht make me change my opinion on this since i hated ranveer in lhis previous ladies vs ricky bahl

Sushant will b rellay lucky if he gets Paani..nice if Adi is rooting for him and mentoring him...so now aprt from Ranveer..Sushant is his new blue eyed boy...nice.. 😉 ..

🤬 The film doesn't deserve to be made with such wannabes. I like Sushant, but it takes years to get a role like that. Especially in a Shekhar Kapoor movie. Ranveer is the worst choice. The only one who can do the role after Hrithik is perhaps Aamir Khan, Akshaye Khanna, or some actor of substance!
