Yeah that's it! He has that macho image going for him on screen so actresses that can pull off the shrinking violet roles suit him! Kareena, Katrina, PC have more of a Femme fatale image going for them so I never liked them with him. Aishwarya is somewhere in the middle, she can pull off either.

I feel the same way for him and also when it comes to Emmy...I loved his pairing with Shirya Saran the most from all of his other heroines. Something about that innocent girl and bad boy vibe from Awarapan just worked for me.

Amisha Patel looked best with him, and she is current since she did have a movie this year =/

anyways, other than that I think Kareena Kapoor, with Mein Prem ki deewani, mujhse doosti karoge, and yaadien, all were great due to the leading couple..

Ash and Hrithik were made for each other on screen , just given their comfort level . Their off screen friendship is so cute and on screen they r so perfectly suited that no one else comes close
