Nope...his lawyers are smart and they are playing this game just right...Did u see ...how the charges were just made a lot harder...Now the more hard a charge...the more difficult it will be for the prosecution to prove...and thats why he will go free...The lesser charges were easier to prove...There is a reason for whats happening in this case...He sure has a smart team...he is not going to jail...

u are actually right ! The main witness is dead and the court wants fresh evidence cos of this new charge ,if salman's lawyers can somehow prove that he didnt drive then he can go scot free .

His lawyers suck. Did he hire some incompetent family friends or what? The Jodhpur one is a complete moron.

IF he does get jail time, I think he will be fine. He's mentally very strong. He can handle anything. He is not a weak person. I am worried about his mom. She loves him more than life itself. Last time he was in jail, she ended up in hospital. If anything happens to her, Sal will never get over it. 😭 He is so close to her and loves her the most. I hope she manages to stay strong for him. I am sure he will come out and do good things and will get his happy ending in his personal life.

That said, I don't think he'll get jailed for 10 yrs. Govt is reaching when they say he planned to kill people. I don't think they have evidence to prove either of those charges. That bodyguard who had said Salman was driving the car, later gave an interview to a reporter and contradicted his testimony. He's no longer alive to be cross examined about that since he committed suicide. I don't think they can prove his guilt without a star witness like that. But you never know. They might have more evidence and his lawyer might screw things up with his stupidity. 😲

Exactly...In a CRIMINAL case...the crime has to be proven beyond DOUBT otherwise the accused goes free...This is a criminal case and not a CIVIL case...
